WENDY C. SWETZ

Wendy is a Licensed Realtor in Missouri and a Dual Agent on 35% of transactions! With over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry, she is a seasoned professional in the Columbia Real Estate Market.

Mid-Missouri gained a new Real Estate firm in March of 2017 when The Company Wendy C Swetz Real Estate sprouted from an idea. That idea was, and still is, simple: provide the most exceptional customer service experience with agents who LOVE what they do.

The Company Wendy C Swetz Real Estate is a full service real estate firm with expert agents in commercial, residential, vacant land, income properties, and everything in between. Our agents boast over 40 years of real estate experience combined and are fully prepared to help clients under any circumstance. Not to say we’ve seen it all, but in 40 years we have seen a LOT.
